Superwin Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Player Must Know

1. Eligibility

2.2 One Account Rule

Each individual may hold only one Superwin account. Where Superwin detects multiple accounts linked to the same individual – through shared payment methods, IP address, device fingerprint, CNIC number or any other indicator – Superwin may at its sole discretion merge the accounts, close duplicate accounts, void bets placed through duplicate accounts and forfeit any bonuses claimed across those accounts.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Superwin account credentials. You must not share your password, one-time PIN or login link with any third party. Superwin will treat all activity on your account as authorised by you unless you have notified Superwin support of a security compromise without delay. 2.4 Account Verification

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

3.3 Deposit Processing

IBFT deposits may take up to 30 minutes during banking hours. If a deposit has not been credited within these timeframes, contact Superwin support with your transaction reference number. Do not make a duplicate deposit before confirming with support that the original has not been received.

3.4 No Deposit Fees

Superwin charges no fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own standard transaction charges, which are outside Superwin's control and responsibility.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal from Superwin, you must have completed the required identity verification process. Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that are (a) registered in your own name and (b) match the name on your Superwin account. Superwin will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal on Superwin is Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits depend on the payment method: up to Rs 500,000 via JazzCash and Easypaisa, Rs 200,000 via NayaPay and SadaPay, Rs 2,000,000 via IBFT, and Rs 500,000 via card. There is no daily cap on total withdrawals from verified accounts.

4.3 Processing Times

Superwin processes withdrawal requests on a priority basis. Mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay) are typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes. IBFT withdrawals during banking hours take 2 to 4 hours. Card withdrawals depend on the issuing bank and may take 1 to 3 working days. Superwin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors after the funds have left the Superwin system.

4.4 Bonus Balance Restrictions

Bonus funds credited to your Superwin account are not withdrawable until the associated wagering requirements have been met in full. Only real-money balance (i.e. deposited funds and confirmed winnings from completed wager requirements) is available for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus-only balances before meeting requirements will result in the bonus being voided.

4.5 Withdrawal Fees

Superwin charges no fees on withdrawals. PKR amounts requested are the amounts sent in full. Third-party payment providers may apply their own charges, which remain the responsibility of the account holder.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.4 Superwin's Discretion

6. Sports Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

Superwin accepts bets on sports events subject to availability and market suspension rules. Superwin reserves the right to decline, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including where a stake is considered unusually large relative to an account's history or where an event's integrity is in question. Bets are confirmed only when you receive a bet receipt with a unique reference number.

6.2 Live (In-Play) Betting

In-play betting on Superwin is subject to a brief acceptance delay to allow odds to reflect the current state of play. Superwin reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned. Any bets that are placed and accepted before a scored event are valid even if the score update reaches Superwin's system with a slight delay, provided the bet was accepted before the event in question concluded.

6.3 Event Cancellation and Postponement

If a sports event is cancelled before it commences, all bets placed on that event will be voided and stakes returned. If an event is postponed and does not resume within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time, Superwin will void all pre-match bets and return stakes. For events that are abandoned mid-play, specific settlement rules apply depending on the sport and the number of overs, periods or sets completed.

6.4 Errors in Odds

Where Superwin publishes clearly erroneous odds due to a technical or human error and bets are placed at those incorrect odds, Superwin reserves the right to settle those bets at the correct price or void them and return stakes. Superwin will make every reasonable effort to resolve such situations fairly and promptly.

7. Casino and Live Casino Games

7.1 Game Availability

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Superwin's Right to Suspend

During a suspension, access to the account, deposits, withdrawals and gameplay will be restricted pending investigation.

9.2 Voluntary Closure
